Cancellation policy:

All cancellations must be received at training@duendepm.com

Cancellations received prior to 14 days of the start date for the course qualifies for a refund minus $100 administrative handling fee. Cancellations received after 14 days from the start of the course qualify for a refund minus $250 administrative handling fee. Allow 14 days for processing of refunds.

Substitutions are allowed but a non-member substituting for a member must pay the registration fee difference. Substitute's name, email address and membership status must be provided at the time of notification. Notify us at training@duendepm.com

Registration confirmation

Transfer policy

Registrations can be transferred to a future class date subject to a $50 change fee. To request a transfer, send an email to training@duendepm.com confirming your request and the requested class date.
